The quality is controlled and approved at every phase of the production starting from raw material purchase all the way up to the finished product.

The purchased materials are first controlled as to their physical and chemical properties and then delivered to the factory if they are in accordance with the standards. Spectral analysis of the pieces are performed during and after melting and controlled whether they are in accordance with respective standards. Surface controls, conductivity controls and water/air pressure controls are performed after casting.  The pieces  are checked once more before they are finally shipped to the customer.
